Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer with over 10 years of experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction documentation, millwork drawings, and elevations for multifamily projects.

Responsibilities

Work independently in a production focused role

Create detailed construction document sets.

Create families in Revit

Production documents

Construction document sets for large ground up projects

Utilize Revit

Multifamily project experience

Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

Over 5-10 years of experience

Ability to create detailed construction document sets.

Additional Skills&Qualifications

Experience with SketchUp, millwork, and elevations is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

Employees can enjoy a standard 40-hour workweek with no overtime expected.

SALARY: $75,000 ANUALLY.

Job Type&Location

This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr.
