Pay: $20.00/hr. Location: Owings Mills, MD Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 3pm-11pm, Monday-Tuesday 10:30pm-7am MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.As a Security Officer, you will: Deny access to unauthorized individuals and notify management or law enforcement as necessary Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policiesDigitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations Greet and identify all personnel, contractors, and visitors entering the community Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned You will be a great fit if you have the following skills: Strong attention to detail and situational awarenessThe ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations Clear, respectful communication skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors during patrol Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a team Scheduling: This is a Full-time position averaging 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts when availableShifts may include evening, weekends, and holidays depending on site needs Certification Requirements (All)
