Backend Developer

Skills/Exposure: Python (Django, FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, CI/CD and start-up/scale-up experience.

Salary: Up to £70,000

Location: Remote First with occasional meet-ups in London.



We’ve partnered with a small AI-driven software house that is seeking two backend Python developers to develop a new range of products set to hit the market later this year & into next.



In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality software solutions across both new and existing systems. Working closely with product owners and senior engineers, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of backend applications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical ability, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building scalable, user-focused products.

Key Technologies You’ll Be Working With

Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI,
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s)
Cloud Platforms: AWS, GC
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
Start/Scale-up experience would be a significant bonus as the team is highly agile.
Exposure to ML/AI environments would be a bonus.
