Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently
• Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and closeouts
• Track timelines, budgets, billable hours, and deliverables
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate PMMs, engineers, and vendors during execution
• Escalate risks, delays, and scope changes appropriately
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
• Meet or exceed billable utilization targets
• Maintain accurate time and project tracking
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership
• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing technical or IT-focused projects, preferably within an MSP or professional services environment. 
• A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery. 
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, support staff, and third-party vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for customers and internal stakeholders. 
• Experience using project management tools and ticketing systems is also expected, along with the ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and scope changes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
