General Production Worker, Bangor, WI

We are looking for a dependable and motivated General Production Worker to support our day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in contributing to a safe and efficient production process.

• Perform a variety of general production and labor tasks
• Assist with operating basic machinery, equipment, and tools
• Support material handling, including loading and unloading products
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support production needs

• Previous general labor or production experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bangor, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
