We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our JSI team in Payson, Utah or Bangor Maine.
Job Summary
Develops and maintains good customer relations by providing and assuring high performance customer service.
Coordinates sales orders with manufacturing schedules.
Duties
Directly involved with all customer concerns and assists and is responsible for resolving noted issues
Receive customer orders by either fax or telephone
Advise customers about order scheduling and delivery dates
Coordinate customer orders with the manufacturing division's production capabilities
Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis
Responsibilities

Follows procedures detailed in the Company Handbook and in other documents
Demonstrates a professional attitude when approaching work assignments
Maintains a positive outlook and offers outstanding customer service to our clientele.
Displays a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks
Assists in developing solutions to problems
Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications
Maintains a good attendance record
Qualifications
Preferably a two-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or commensurate work experience
Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with management, production employees and customers
Capable of learning new skills as needed
Must be detail oriented
Job Relationships
Reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success.
Physical Demands
Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs.
occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.
Requires minimal travel for training or customer store visits as needed.
