Technical Writer

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Work directly with Intelligrants Applications Architect, Applications Program Manager, Senior Applications Programmer, and Applications Database Administrator to document the design and updates of technical design artifacts of the OCD DRU instance of Intelligrants grants management software

Ensure OCD DRU and OTS are up to date and have familiarity of the Intelligrants instance design in order for end users are able to successfully use the Intelligrants grants management software

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality

Technical artifact creation including workflow design, operational playbooks, and system design artifacts

Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants

Work Location: Louisiana State Office Building location (Baton Rouge, Louisiana.)
