Job Roles and Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and project documentation for various project types. Collaborate with project teams throughout design and construction phases. Prepare presentations, drawings, and design deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Support project execution while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.Utilize Revit and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation tasks. Contribute to multifamily, hospitality, retail, and adaptive re-use projects. Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Maintain strong communication and presentation standards. Qualifications and Certifications

Architectural degree from an accredited college or university. 5+ years of professional architectural experience. Experience in multifamily projects preferred. Professional architectural licensure required. LEED certification or demonstrated progress toward completion preferred. Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent verbal, graphic, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Benefits
