divh2Finisher Foreman/h2pThe Finisher Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activity of Finisher workers to ensure that work is done safely, correctly and timely.
Must have strong basic knowledge of pouring, leveling, forming, troweling, troweling machine for finishing, and concrete.
Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.
Will be required to work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.

/pulliInspect the quality of all work to ensure standards and specifications are met/liliAssist workers in their duties and resolve problems/liliInterpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations/liliReport equipment, employee, and/or client issues to management/liliEnsure proper utilization, storage, security and maintenance of equipment, tools and manuals/liliPlace, finish, protect, and repair concrete in projects/liliPlace and spread concrete using various tools and level/float the surface/liliInspect completed work to ensure proper installation/liliUnderstand the mix designs, as well as design limits, and check each truck for proper mix design/liliAssist other craft workers as needed/li/ulpPhysical:/pulliMust be able to push/pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs.
