Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience Assist with scheduling, and follow-up communication Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files Request and track medical records and case-related documentationSupport attorneys with case management and administrative tasks Help coordinate logistics for hearings, mediations, and trial preparation What We're Looking For

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) 2+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant, or law firm support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Why This Role Stands Out
