divh2Timekeeper Position/h2pThe Timekeeper will be responsible for inputting and tracking time for all employees on site. Will assist with day-to-day supportive activities affecting the success of the project. Mechanical, industrial or construction experience is preferred. Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work. May be required to work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliInput employee time into timesheets/liliCompare badge in and out times to the hours reported by supervisor in the field to check for discrepancies/liliInvestigate time errors and make manual changes to doc or add time as needed/liliDistribute per diem and payroll checks/liliRun absentee reports and enter excused absences/liliMaintain documentation for employee files/liliCollect and distribute paperwork going to and from employees in the field/liliAssist other workers as needed/li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/ppstrongPhysical/strong/pulliOccasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds/liliHearing and comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions/liliWill need to perform sedentary to heavy work/liliWill operate office equipment of all types/liliClimb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds/liliRequired to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis/liliPosition may require prolonged bending/twisting, walking, reaching overhead, squatting, sitting or standing and lifting/liliMust be able to manipulate and traverse uneven terrain, ladders, and multi-floor buildings with no elevator/liliMust be able to walk on uneven surfaces, muddy conditions, loose rock, loose/soft sand, etc./liliWill be exposed to adverse weather conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain, Etc.)/liliVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus/liliAbility to drive cars/trucks as needed/lipstrongMental/strong/pulliMust have the ability to direct others and communicate effectively with other management/supervision/liliTalking and reading writing comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and/or safety policy/liliAbility to use math/complete calculations/liliMust be able to concentrate amid distractions and remember details/liliAbility to use computer, keyboard, telephone and other office devices/li/ul/ul/div
