Security Personnel Opportunity

Our project site in Liberty, TX is a critical zone requiring strict safety and security protocols to protect people, equipment, and data.
We're seeking reliable and vigilant Security Personnel to help protect our site.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control access at site entrances and exits
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
Respond to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activity
Conduct inspections of vehicles, materials, and personnel entering/leaving the site
Maintain activity logs and prepare security incident reports
Enforce BaRupOn's safety and security policies
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Support staff and visitors with security-related inquiries
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Texas security guard license
At least 1 year of experience in on-site security, law enforcement, or military preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong observational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict
Must be able to stand and patrol for long periods and work in outdoor environments
Schedule
Day and night shifts available (including weekends and holidays)
Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time based on site needs
