Opportunity Overview

iSphere is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a contract-to-hire position in Beaumont, Texas. This role supports critical industrial software platforms used in operations and field environments. Ideal candidates will have experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for applications such as J5, OSIsoft PI, or Enableon.

This is a hands-on support role for a professional who understands both user needs and technical troubleshooting in a high-availability industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support to business users across operations

Monitor application stability, availability, and performance for tools such as J5, PI, and Enableon

Troubleshoot access, data, and functionality issues, escalating when necessary

Interface with software vendors and internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Remedy)

Document recurring issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Assist with system upgrades, patching, and application rollouts

Support training and end-user adoption of new features and updates

Contribute to change management and ongoing system improvement initiatives
