Essential Responsibilities:
Provide direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk individuals.
Deliver care aligned with established standards and guidelines.
Manage patient interactions efficiently throughout visits, including updating and maintaining accurate medical records.
Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and relevant health histories.
Observe and communicate abnormal patient symptoms to physicians, ensuring thorough documentation and patient understanding of discharge instructions.
Support physicians during testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams.
Assist with splinting, dressing, medication samples, and laboratory procedures under supervision.
Maintain clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring exam rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Uphold sterilization protocols and equipment functionality.
Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment.
Education and Experience:
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program is required.
