Payrate: $45.00 - $53.00/hr.

 

Summary:

We're looking for a creative, analytical thinker to join us for a 1-month sprint to reimagine the S360 dashboard. No heavy coding background, No problem. This role is all about learning, experimenting, and ideating without the need for you to write thousands of lines of code to bring your visions to life.

 

Responsibilities:

Decode complex business needs and turn them into sleek, functional dashboards using low-code platform.

Be the go-to thinker for modeling, simulating, and analyzing solutions in a no-code/low-code environment.

Design, test, and launch a dashboard that’s not just functional but delightful.

Ensure your work meets quality, security, and compliance standards.

Embrace change, learn fast, and adapt as the project evolves.

Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates with a positive, can-do attitude.

 

Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 0-2 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: N/A

Disqualifiers: Candidates with deep experience in traditional programming languages (C#, C++, HTML, etc.), Advanced coding skills, and Prior experience with dev tools beyond low-code platforms.

Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or general tech tools, Interest in UI/UX design or user-centered thinking, Background in business analysis, product management, or similar, and Familiarity with dashboard design principles.

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on deadlines and quality of work.

 

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with gathering and translating requirements into action.

Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with designing and testing.

Minimum 0-2 years’ experience with business analytics

 

 

Must-Haves:

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $53.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
