Location: Remote

Salary Range: $55/hr to $60/hr on W2

Join a dynamic and collaborative casual game studio dedicated to creating immersive, engaging experiences across multiple platforms, including PC, web, and mobile. We are seeking a talented and passionate UX & UI Designer to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences and design polished user interfaces for our game titles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on new, unreleased products and engage in creative blue-sky thinking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Minimum 5 years experience with Figma.

Minimum 5 years experience with user-centric design philosophy.

Minimum 5 years experience with stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience designing for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adaptability of designs across different screen sizes and interfaces.

Familiarity with user research methods (e.g., user testing, surveys, data analysis) and the ability to apply findings to improve design decisions.

A passion for gaming and an understanding of how design impacts the overall player experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop wireframes, user flows, and interaction diagrams to explore various design options for game interfaces across PC, web, and mobile platforms.

Design and deliver high-quality UI assets and components using Figma, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with the overall game aesthetic.

Present design concepts and solutions to the team, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to improve usability and player experience.
