Payrate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective training content for our T1 associates. In this role, you will design and implement learning solutions that enhance the skills and performance of our frontline workforce, contributing to the efficiency and excellence of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the unique needs of logistics operations
Create engaging e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and hands-on training experiences using various authoring tools and technologies
Collaborate with subject matter experts, operations managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content
Implement innovative instructional design methods to create effective and engaging learning experiences
Develop performance support tools and job aids to reinforce training and support on-the-job application
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Nice to have)
5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a warehouse, logistics or operations environment
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Knowledge of adult learning theories and their application in a fast-paced work environment
Familiarity with microlearning and just-in-time learning methodologies
Experience with video production and multimedia content creation
Basic understanding of data analytics for training evaluation and improvement
Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse learner populations
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
Articulate rise and 360 (Graphic design huge plus, Adobe)
Creating content for new learners (Ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment)
Learning management system experience
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
