Senior Database Engineer - Remote / Telecommute, Washington

Job Description:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

We are looking for a dynamic professional to take on a dual role as Scrum Master and SQL Developer (PostgreSQL).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PostgreSQL and advanced SQL development, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning of large-scale database systems.

As Scrum Master, will lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), facilitate sprint execution, remove team impediments, and track team progress using Agile tools like Jira.

Will coach the team on Agile best practices, ensure delivery of high-quality, incremental value, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders.
