Contract HR Assistant (Bellevue | On-site | 3 Months)

About the Role We are seeking a proactive HR Intern / Contract HR Assistant to support our China headquarters in managing US HR operations. This 3-month opportunity provides valuable exposure to cross-border HR workflow and international collaboration.

⭐High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role.

What You'll Work On 1. Support US recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling 2. Assist with onboarding and offboarding 3. Maintain attendance and leave records 4. Review travel and expense reimbursements 5. Provide day-to-day administrative HR support

What We're Looking For 1. Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 3. Good communication skills in English and Chinese 4. Familiarity with HR systems or recruitment tools is a plus 5. A proactive, curious, and fast-learning mindset
