What You'll Do Keep production flowing by prepping, weighing, and tagging shred cartsOperate and learn various production machines (training provided) Wash and reset equipment for the next run Assist with product prep and ingredient stripping Maintain clean, safe work areas following established procedures Support teammates and jump in where needed Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Bring Experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to troubleshoot and learn new equipment Solid physical stamina Great communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for documentation Job Details Pay: $22/hr Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM startLocation: Redmond, WA Dress Code: Closed toed shoes; casual attire (steel toed recommended) Allergen Notice: Work may involve seafood, shellfish, wheat, or soy Environment: Some areas involve alcohol related products; alternative areas may be available
