As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing our community to prospective residents, achieving leasing goals, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting marketing efforts. Systems/h3ulliAccurately track all traffic, rentals, and cancellations in Yardi and Lead Tracking Solutions/liliComplete lease paperwork and associated addendums in compliance with company policies/liliSchedule and conduct lease signings and move-in appointments/liliMaintain and manage an accurate priority waitlist/liliEnsure weekly close-out procedures in Yardi are completed/li/ulh3Marketing/h3ulliWrite and post Craigslist ads daily/liliSupport ongoing marketing initiatives to drive traffic and occupancy/li/ulh3Customer Service/h3ulliDeliver exceptional service in alignment with company standards/liliAddress resident concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate/liliConduct move-in walk-throughs with new residents/liliMaintain consistent communication with prospects and residents/li/ulh3Property Presentation/h3ulliInspect model units and market-ready apartments daily to ensure presentation standards are met/liliMaintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment/liliOpen and secure the leasing office and model units daily/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliMinimum 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience (property management, hospitality, retail, or real estate preferred)/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliExcellent time management and organizational abilities/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)/liliAbility to work weekends (Saturday
