DMI is seeking a talented ServiceNow Professional to play a key role in modernizing enterprise IT service management within a dynamic federal environment. Based in the heart of Washington, DC—where technology, policy, and mission intersect—this position offers the opportunity to directly impact how critical government services are delivered at scale. If you're passionate about building efficient systems, driving automation, and working on high-visibility programs, this is your chance to take ownership of a powerful platform and help shape the future of ITSM.Key responsibilities include: Configure, administer, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM and related modules Design and implement workflows, automation, business rules, and UI policies that streamline operations Support and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB processesEnsure data integrity across CMDB and service catalog for reliable decision-making Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time operational insights Collaborate with Program Managers, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery teams Support platform upgrades, releases, and testing cyclesTroubleshoot complex production issues and deliver advanced support Uphold governance, security, and compliance standards in a regulated environment Drive continuous improvement and ITSM maturity initiatives Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (required)Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments Required skills&certifications: Proven experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow environments Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD)Additional requirements: Deliver a stable, scalable, and well-governed ServiceNow platform Improve SLA performance and increase operational visibility Reduce manual processes through smart automation Drive strong user adoption and stakeholder satisfaction Maintain high standards for compliance and audit readinessBackground requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
