Description
Customer Service Feature Team Role

Will be a part of the Customer Service Feature Team supporting Call Center applications. Requirements: Minimum of 7 year’s experience in the items listed below: Web services and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)Ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications, knowledge of PBX architecture, telecommunication network services, and contact center systems Working knowledge of and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP based VoIP traffic, as well as the integration of dissimilar SIP telephony systemsStrong understanding of contact center operation, including key workforce management needs; as well as experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars. The priority would be working with web services and integrating them with IVR applications. Required Skills: Need: - Genesys will be fading out and they will be building out a new telephony/IVR solutions o Have not selected new platform but will roadmap to 2024 lift and switch - Someone who can expand outside of the Genesys platform and be a Sr.
