Plumbing Manager, Washington

We provide high-quality repairs, installations, and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers throughout Mount Vernon and surrounding areas in northwest Washington state.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee technician performance on every job, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Lead weekly sales meetings to review repair trends, channel sales, and system performance.

Assist technicians in creating the most effective system designs for customer needs.

Communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to the team.

Track, analyze, and review branch sales KPIs, including gross close rates and average ticket size.

Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone.

Conduct bi-monthly sales reviews and ongoing coaching for technicians.

Monitor compliance with company standards and ensure accurate job data collection.

Time manage technician schedules and provide real-time support.

Participate in technical training sessions to enhance team skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry.

Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred.

Exceptional sales and business acumen.

Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.

The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.

A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.

Valid driver’s license

Knowledge of computer systems and software.

Physical Demands:

Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the 

May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run 

May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time 

May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing 

Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.
