Shop Manager– Fleet Maintenance | $65K–$75K Benefits | Ferndale, WA (Near Bellingham) Salary and Schedule $65,000–$75,000 / year health benefits paid vacation 40–50 hours/week | Monday–Sunday availability (flexible scheduling) About the Role Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle — one of Washington State's largest motorcoach operators — is hiring a Shop Manager to keep our 70-vehicle fleet running at peak performance. Based in Ferndale, WA (just 10 minutes from Bellingham), this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in a well-run shop. You'll lead a team of four technicians, own the maintenance schedule, and be the operational backbone that keeps our drivers on the road and our customers happy. What You'll Do Plan and manage daily/weekly shop workflow and repair schedules Supervise and motivate a team of four technicians Handle parts ordering, pricing, and vendornegotiations Maintain work orders and fleet records with precision Partner closely with our Operations team to minimize vehicle downtime What We're Looking For Experience managing a team in an auto, diesel, fleet, or similar mechanical environment Strong follow-through — you track open items and close the loop Comfortable with shop management software and digital work orders Parts sourcing and cost awareness A professional, organized approach to a fast-moving environment No bus or motorcoach experience required — we'll train you on our fleet.
