Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support sales reps by visiting customer sites (local travel, ~5%)
  • Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product questions
  • Communicate with technicians on the warehouse floor to verify parts and service needs
  • Coordinate customer service tasks using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • I participate in outside sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., Goodwin Flight Pumps)
  • Prepare for field travel: Have a valid MVR
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE including safety boots

Skills:

Education/Experience:
  • 1+ year of Salesforce experience required
