Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to determine pipe layout and installation requirements.
- Support sales reps by visiting customer sites (local travel, ~5%)
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with product questions
- Communicate with technicians on the warehouse floor to verify parts and service needs
- Coordinate customer service tasks using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- I participate in outside sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., Goodwin Flight Pumps)
- Prepare for field travel: Have a valid MVR
- Follow safety protocols and wear PPE including safety boots

- 1+ year of Salesforce experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills (phone-based work included)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in a trade, construction, or hands-on technical field is required (experience with contractors and jobsite workflows is highly valued)
- Willingness to work in a sales-focused role with a hands-on approach
