Design and Customer Service Manager

Wage : $22-$25 DOE Location : Bend, Oregon Schedule : Full-time

Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, creative, and driven Design/Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role blends hands-on graphic design, customer interaction, and day-to-day shop support. You'll work closely with the owner, collaborate with team members, and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities Support and follow direction from the owner while assisting team members with daily shop functions Work with a wide range of media using industry-leading graphic design software Handle customer service tasks including phone calls, front-desk support, and general client communicationAssist with print shop operations and day-to-day signage production Operate digital printers and other shop equipment Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Take initiative and ownership of assigned projects Perform additional duties as assigned and comfortably "wear multiple hats"What We're Looking For:

Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn Strong creativity and versatility in design Excellent communication skills and ability to express ideas and vision Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience required Management or leadership experience is a plus Experience with signs, ads, or general advertising is a plusAbility to take initiative and work independently when needed Required Experience&Skills:

2+ years of graphic design experience or car representative experience Strong customer service and multitasking skills Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Experience with CorelDRAW or comparable software preferred Comfort working with digital printers and basic production equipment
