We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Office Administrator
to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our office operations, assisting with order processing, and helping maintain smooth communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage international orders and coordinate global shipping logisticsOversee inventory and ensure timely fulfillment from warehouse to customer Help coordinate international shipments, including preparing shipping documents and permits Maintain accurate records for orders, inventory, and customer files Support team members with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasksProvide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required Experience in international sales, logistics, or supply chain management Familiarity with agricultural products or seed distribution (a plus!) Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Pay is DOE
