The Plateau Travel Plaza is continuing to build a strong leadership team for our newly expanded and updated facility. The C-Store Supervisor plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while setting the tone for great guest service and teamwork. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading others, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in running a clean, well-managed shift. As a Supervisor, you will oversee frontline team members, support day-to-day operations, and serve as a resource for both guests and team members during your assigned shift.What you'll do: Oversee daily C-Store operations during assigned shifts Supervise and support Cashiers and Fuel Attendants as well as assist other departments as needed Promote excellent customer service and address guest concerns professionally Ensure appropriate staffing and smooth shift transitionsProvide direction, training, and real-time coaching to team members Maintain accuracy in cash handling, reporting, and basic administrative tasks Ensure the store, equipment, and work areas are clean, safe, and operational Follow and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and service standardsThis role is hands-on and active, combining leadership responsibilities with floor presence. Qualifications

A few things we're looking for: Prior supervisory or lead experience in retail, food service, convenience store, or hospitality settings preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead, support, and hold team members accountable Comfortable handling basic cash controls and operational reportingAbility to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid Oregon Driver's License and insurance eligibility preferredAdditional Requirements: Must meet eligibility requirements for a gaming license Gaming-licensed positions require applicants to be 21 years of age or older Employment offer is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening and licensing approval Tribal Preference Notice: Plateau Travel Plaza is a wholly owned and operated enterprise of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
