What You’ll Do

Deliver&Install Merchandise

Deliver, install, relocate, and retrieve merchandise safely and professionally Ensure all deliveries, service calls, and pickups are completed on schedule Handle merchandise with care during loading, transportation, and setup Verify products, model numbers, and serial numbers before delivery Perform minor repairs and transport items needing major service repairsInspect and refurbish returned merchandise to showroom-ready condition Provide Excellent Customer Service

Create positive experiences for customers during every interaction Answer calls professionally and assist customers with questions or concerns Follow company service standards and customer satisfaction guidelines Resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining strong communication Support Store Operations

Safeguard company property and money collected in the field Help receive and organize incoming merchandise Keep delivery vehicles and back-room areas clean and organized Assist with store maintenance, cleaning, and operational goals Support customer growth and revenue-building efforts Help with customer order forms and account verifications when neededWhat We’re Looking For

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Valid driver’s license with a good driving record DOT certification (if required by state law) Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Our Team?

This is an active, hands-on position that takes place in the store, on the road, and inside customer homes. Team members should be comfortable with:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying Using hand trucks and moving heavy merchandise safely Working in changing indoor and outdoor environments Driving in all weather conditions Navigating stairs, tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and varying home environments Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced settingOccasional overtime or travel between store locations as needed Ready to Get Started?
