The Plateau Travel Plaza is opening soon, and we are building a strong front-of-house team to support Three Teepees Café in our newly remodeled and expanded property, including service on the gaming floor.We are currently seeking a Server who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on interaction, multitasks well, and understands how great service enhances the guest experience.Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve guests in the café and on the gaming floor Ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner Handle cash, tips, and point-of-sale transactions accurately Respond to guest questions or concerns in a positive mannerMaintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and shared spaces Follow food safety, alcohol service, and guest service standards Support a welcoming, respectful, and team-focused environment Benefits, Compensation,&Perks

The starting wage for a Server is $15.00 per hour plus tips, depending on experience (DOE), with a shift differential for non-standard hours, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $2.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked. Qualifications

A few qualities we're looking for: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment Comfortable interacting with guests in a public setting, including the gaming floor Previous serving experience preferred Experience as a bartender and/or barista is a plusReliable attendance and punctuality Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass a criminal history background check and pre-employment drug testing upon offer of hire Must be 21 years of age or olderPlateau Travel Plaza is a wholly owned and operated enterprise of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
