Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hr. On W2 Without any Benefits

Shift: Normal Business Hours (Mon Fri with flexibility as needed)

We're hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance of the clubhouse and support event operations. Looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and skilled across basic trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry). This is a key operations role not just a handyman, but someone who keeps the facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs: electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, carpentry

Support clubhouse & event setup/tear-down

Run preventive maintenance checks

Coordinate and supervise external vendors when needed

Maintain safety standards and compliance

Keep logs of maintenance & service records

Requirements:

5+ years in facility/property maintenance

Solid troubleshooting skills across trades

Can lift 50 lbs.+, climb ladders, work hands-on

Strong initiative & communication

Available for occasional evenings/weekends during events

Valid driver's license and reliable transport
