Job Description:
Collaborate with Project Managers to track cost and ensure accurate accounting of project specific expenditures and revenues
Continuously review and improve financial management processes
Invoicing to clients using Sage 300, various SAP systems, and customer supplied AIA forms within monthly billing deadlines
Lien waiver management
Responsible for project closeout documents
Understanding of WIP schedules
Change order management
Review invoice submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract provisions and budgetary limits
Compile and analyze job cost reports
Compile cost impacts based on delays in project schedules
CCIP and OCIP project enrollments and audits
Assist with AIR Collections
Ability to negotiate contracts
Assist with yearend closing
Miscellaneous projects as requested by management
Accounts Payable backup when needed
Backup to Payroll Manager when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Strong analytical skills are required
Attention to detail is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Additional Details:
Location: Onsite position based in Lebanon, NJ
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
