Wedgewood Weddings is looking for a Floral Designer

to execute floral designs for weddings and special events across our venues.

This is a hands-on production role focused on creating, prepping, and maintaining wedding florals behind the scenes. You'll spend your time designing arrangements, processing incoming flowers, prepping product for events, and helping ensure every floral piece is event-ready and executed at a high level.

You're someone who enjoys working with your hands, staying productive, and bringing designs to life through quality execution. You have a strong eye for color, texture, and composition, but you also understand the operational side of floral production-organization, timing, cleanliness, and preparation all matter.

You move efficiently, stay organized under deadlines, and take pride in creating beautiful work consistently. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced team environment and understand that successful events are built through preparation and attention to detail long before guests arrive. Bridal bouquets Centerpieces Ceremony florals Corsages and boutonnieres Floral installations and accent pieces

Process and prep incoming flower shipments Trim, hydrate, and properly condition flowers for longevity Maintain floral freshness, quality, and presentation standards Pull and organize flowers and supplies for upcoming events Maintain inventory and assist with supply restocking Keep floral coolers, prep areas, and workspace clean and organizedFollow floral recipes, timelines, and production schedules What We're Looking For

Preferred: 2+ years of floral design experience Experience with wedding or event floral production strongly preferred Strong eye for color, balance, and floral composition Ability to execute designs efficiently and consistently Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs Enough about you; this is what you need to know about us: We're a family-owned business that's been revolutionizing the wedding industry since 1986. As is typical in the hospitality industry, this position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
