Civil Engineer Service Group Unlimited, LLC is a civil engineering firm located in Monroe, Louisiana. Our company’s principals have over 40 years of engineering and environmental experience. We provide comprehensive engineering solutions for rural infrastructure, specializing in water, wastewater, road, and drainage projects.Our office is looking for a self-motivated individual to work on a wide array of civil engineering projects. The position is full- time. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering is required. EI or PE is required. Responsibilities include project management of engineering projects, client contact and development, and personnel management. You will work with a team that designs Commercial, Municipal, Public Works, and Industrial projects. The civil engineer will have direct responsibility of the design of projects which include: Site layout, Utility routing, paving and grading, erosion control plan, roadway design, storm water pollution prevention plan, drainage design, waterline and sanitary/storm sewers design.

Responsibilities Determines the needs of the client and develops specifications, drawings, instructions, and related documents. Reviews vendor drawings for major components. Evaluates need for design changes and makes appropriate recommendations. Consults with construction personnel concerning design constructability as related to field conditions, sequencing, and scheduling of construction activities.Ensures that production of drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements. Provides conceptual design input for preliminary project estimates.

Education and Experience Storm water design: 2 years (Preferred) Civil Design: 2 years (Preferred) AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred) Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering is required. EI or PE is required

SALARY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE Job Type: Full-time Salary and Benefits: Salary is dependent on experience E.I. - $65,000 to $75,000 P.E. - $75,000 to $100,000 Paid time off 3% Company match provided directly to you each paycheck. This can be used to contribute towards your own retirement account or however you see fit.$300 Healthcare stipend is provided monthly.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday– 9 hour day Friday – 4 hour day

License/Certification: Engineer In Training certificate (Required) Professional Engineering License (Required)

Work Location: Monroe, Louisiana. In-Person attendance is required.
