Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production uptime, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance processes.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a balance of technical expertise, team development, and operational oversight.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing people, processes, and projects while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all maintenance activities
Plan and coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
Troubleshoot and support repair of manufacturing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
Manage maintenance-related projects, including equipment installations and upgrades
Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize downtime
Track maintenance performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives (CI/TPM)
Oversee department budgeting, purchasing, and resource allocation
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, parts, and technical support
Qualifications
Required:
Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge (intermediate to advanced)
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
Ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred:
5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience in food or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with pumps, valves, and sanitary systems
Fabrication or TIG welding experience

Compensation & Benefits
$80,000 – $100,000 salary range
based on experience
