Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Field Distribution Scheduler to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bethlehem, PA. We treat you like you are part of the family.Job Title: Field Distribution Scheduler Work Location: Bethlehem, PA Duration: Long-term contract with option to extend Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent Job Description&Responsibilities: Temp will be responsible for contacting customers via email and phone to schedule available orders using Excel reports and internal scheduling systems. They will also be responsible for researching any discrepancies with scheduled and non-scheduled orders. There will be no extensive lifting, walking or standing.Skills&Qualifications: The hiring manager is seeking candidates who resumes reflect customer service experience in a call center or transportation/logistics industry experience. Other important skills include Microsoft Excel, data entry, great phone etiquette, ability to problem-solve, critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, ability to manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and great follow-up skills.Please keep in mind, the hiring manager is looking for office experience/call center experience and NOT warehouse experienced candidates- not looking for forklift or warehouse worker experience.
