- 10+ years site design – land development experience
- Civil Engineering degree with PE license
- Site Design, Drainage, SWM, Grading, Roadway, Utilities
- Corporate, Industrial and residential project experience
- Client interaction skills
- Full understanding of municipal zoning approvals process
- Mentor junior staff
- Handle multiple projects
