Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality procedures to meet customer requirements and specifications.

Create and maintain sampling plans utilizing proven statistical methods.

Design measurable quality improvement initiatives while preparing detailed reports based on data analysis.

Monitor, test, and inspect products to ensure compliance with established standards.

Collaborate in Change Board and MRB Board discussions, and lead internal audits to ensure compliance.

Conduct root cause analyses and develop preventive action plans.

Assist the Quality Director in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards.

Provide training to enhance quality awareness and improve customer satisfaction.

Work Environment:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in quality engineering, specifically within the aerospace and defense industries.

Familiarity with IPC-620/WHMA-A-620C and J-STD-001 standards.

Experience with ISO quality management certifications, particularly AS9100 and NADCAP.

Proficient in CAD or CATIA, and knowledgeable in GD&T.

Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
