Retail Department Manager, Birmingham

We are seeking a Retail Department Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Works with team to ensure that the high standards of merchandise freshness, conditions, pricing, and shop ability within the store
  
• Communicates with the team about daily plans and gives time lines
  
• Communicates clear expectations and goals and holds the team accountable to the expectations
  
• Drives the customer experience and ensures resolution of customer issues
  
• Supervises opening and closing procedures at the appropriate times
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 1-3 years prior sales floor supervisory or retail management experience
  
• High School diploma; Post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred
  
• Results driven and goal oriented
  
• Ability to observe, assess and coach the work of others
