Job Description We Are 1 Community Center is seeking a dependable, experienced, and hands-on Childcare Center Director&Operations Lead to help oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. We are looking for someone who can be a strong leader, dependable right-hand person, and help ensure the center runs smoothly each day. Responsibilities: Oversee daily daycare operations

Supervise staff and classroom flow

Ensure the facility remains organized, safe, and compliant

Assist with administrative duties and parent communication

Help with enrollment paperwork and daily reporting

Prepare and cook meals for children

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the center

Support staff and step in where needed

Help create a positive and structured environment for children and staff

Qualifications: Childcare or daycare management experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and professional

Ability to multitask and manage daily operations

CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Must be reliable and team-oriented
