Job Responsibilities As an Auto Technician Apprentice you will help diagnose vehicle malfunctions, recommending and performing appropriate diagnostic repairs. You will also need to help the technician keep their bays in order on a day to day basis. Other Responsibilities of the Auto Technician Apprentice Role IncludeHelp examine vehicles to diagnose necessary repairs Help documenting all work performed clearly and accurately Attending and successfully completing factory training as required Keeping informed of factory technical bulletins Understanding and following federal, state and local regulations Meeting all requirements of state and federal law for automobile repairAs a Technician Apprentice you must have the ability to comprehend instructions and have the drive to learn new automotive knowledge. Previous experience is not required but you must have a willingness to learn.
