Civil Engineering Regional Leader– Birmingham, AL Are you ready to lead, grow, and make your mark? TTL is seeking a Civil Engineering Regional Leader to guide and expand our Birmingham team while strengthening client relationships across Alabama. This high-impact role is meant for a licensed PE who wants more than just projectdelivery. What You’ll Do Lead and grow the Birmingham civil engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management Build and strengthen client relationships across Alabama, serving as a trusted advisor Drive business development, including pursuits, proposals, and strategic positioningOversee project delivery across multi-discipline teams (scope, schedule, budget, quality) Provide technical leadership in civil design, including grading, utilities, and site development Collaborate across TTL offices and coordinate with subconsultants and partners Shape the future of TTL’s civil services in the regionWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Eight to 15 years of progressive experience in land development and/or civil site design Licensed professional engineer (PE) in Alabama (or ability to obtain) Experience leading teams and managing client relationships Strong background in project delivery and business development
