Our client is looking for a Technical Lead / Engineering Lead to drive delivery and technical execution across a digital origination platform supporting consumer banking applications.
This role combines hands-on development ******%) with technical leadership, coordination, and cross-team execution responsibilities.
There is no direct people management.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery across a team of 7–8 engineers
Own and drive execution of larger solution components beyond individual user stories
Coordinate across dependency teams and stakeholders
Identify and remove delivery blockers and technical gaps
Support system design and architecture decisions
Contribute to modernization and refactoring efforts
Ensure alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and governance teams
Provide hands-on development support as needed ******%)
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science & Seven (7) years of related experience
Strong full-stack engineering background (.NET and React preferred)
Experience leading technical delivery efforts
Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and execution risks
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Skills
AWS experience (strongly preferred due to modernization roadmap)
Experience in cloud-native/containerized environments
Banking or financial services background
Experience driving technical debt reduction or system refactoring
