Duties and Responsibilities• Set up controls and adjust settings for

industrial/manufacturing

machines.• Read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Demonstrate solid knowledge of bearings, belts, conveyors, motors and drives, sensors, pneumatics, lighting, electrical controls, DC powered lifts, and PLC troubleshooting. • Observe machine operation for machine malfunction and defects.• Perform safety checks to ensure safety devices are on and in working order. • Perform quality checks and document using simple gauges, precision measuring devices, and visual inspection. • Perform daily maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment. • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.• Follow safety rules and work procedures. Requirements• 5 to 10 years’ experience • Electrical, Millwright and Welding background is a must. • 1-2 years Industrial Maintenance Experience. • Advanced, demonstrable knowledge of principles listed within the primary duties. • Mechanical ability and knowledge of tools and machinery.• Ability to lift/pull up to fifty (50) pounds. • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
