Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing customer inquiries. Help with scheduling and appointment reminders. Support the team by preparing and mailing documents.Learn about insurance services and assist in basic customer interactions under supervision. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly and professional communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.Basic computer skills (email, typing, and using office software is a plus).
