CSR - Overnight, North Dakota

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. As a CSR - Overnight at Enerbase, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the overnight hours at our convenience store. Our cooperative operates several convenience stores in Minot, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers.

As a CSR - Overnight, you will be responsible for tasks such as assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also need to ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed, as well as promote and uphold our cooperative's values and mission.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns

Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

Stock and organize merchandise on store shelves

Maintain store cleanliness and perform light janitorial duties

Follow safety and security protocols

Promote and uphold the cooperative's values and mission

Requirements

Prior customer service experience is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
