Full-Service Attendant - Gas station Part-Time Position, North Dakota

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We operate several gas stations where we provide a range of services to our customers. As a Full Service Attendant at Enerbase, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station.

As a Full Service Attendant, your responsibilities will include fueling vehicles, assisting customers with various requests, performing basic maintenance tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also have the opportunity to promote our cooperative and its services to customers.

Responsibilities

Provide full service to customers by fueling their vehicles, checking fluid levels, and cleaning windshields

Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our cooperative and its services

Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and replenishing windshield washer fluid

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning fueling areas, restrooms, and other designated areas

Proactively identify and respond to potential safety hazards, and follow all safety policies and procedures

Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the gas station

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in customer service is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Basic knowledge of automotive fueling and maintenance tasks is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
