CSR - part time morning shift, North Dakota

Enerbase is a locally owned cooperative that supplies its patrons with goods and services. We are currently seeking a Part Time CSR for our convenience store to work the morning shift. As a CSR at Enerbase, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during the morning hours.

As a CSR, your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting our cooperative and its services. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. At Enerbase, we value customer satisfaction and strive to create a positive shopping experience for our patrons.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail in cash handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, are required. Flexibility to work weekdays, including morning shifts, is necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior customer service experience is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems

Flexibility to work morning shifts on weekdays
